1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, simply send an email to contact@docucraftstudio.com with:

• Your account email address
• Your order number or transaction ID (provided in your Stripe receipt)

Our billing support team will process your refund within 24 business hours. Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method.

2. Subscription Cancellation (1-Click)

You may cancel your recurring Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscription at any time:

• Navigate to your Account Dashboard or Billing Settings
• Click "Cancel Subscription"

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further automatic charges will occur.

3. Lifetime Deals
