By accessing or using DocuCraft Studio, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the application and must discontinue use immediately.
DocuCraft Studio is engineered as a 100% Client-Side Web Application. All document rendering, visual annotations, editing, signatures, merges, splits, watermarks, and compressions run locally within your web browser using WebAssembly (WASM).
Megavio LLC does not store, transmit, inspect, or process your PDF files or personal document contents on our remote servers. You maintain sole ownership, custody, and responsibility for all files processed using DocuCraft Studio.
We offer free starter access and paid subscription tiers (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Lifetime Access Deals). Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways (including Stripe).
By purchasing a paid tier, you authorize Megavio LLC to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or as a single charge (for lifetime access). You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard.

DocuCraft Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Megavio LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Megavio LLC or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the software.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Wyoming, United States. Megavio LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
